We pack all orders securely in a compact box with shredded paper filler, within 24 – 72 hours of receiving your order. We do not post to PO Boxes, so please make sure you provide a physical address. All packages are shipped by courier. If a package doesn’t arrive as expected, please let us know as soon as possible so we can contact the courier and determine what has happened. We do not offer a refund if you change your mind, so please consider carefully whether a purchase is right for you before you make your payment.

If a product you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible, and you will be placed on our waitlist.

If you feel that there is any problem with a product you have purchased, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We are keen to understand what has gone wrong if you are unhappy so that we can address your concerns and try to find a mutually acceptable solution.

We take our obligations under Australian Consumer Law seriously and will do our best to address any issues that arise. However, even if there is a major problem, our liability is strictly limited to:

– replacing the product; or

– if we are unable to do so within a reasonable time, refunding your purchase price.
