While all products are food grade they have not been tested for use while pregnant or lactation. Always seek the advice from your health professional first.
Our products do not contain nuts. We do however, utilise a third-party manufacturing plant that produces other products which may include such ingredients. The manufacturing equipment is cleaned according to food-grade standards.
All Florabiome by Chiza Westcarr products are considered naturally gluten and lactose-free. However, the manufacturing plant may process other products that contain gluten, so we cannot guarantee that our range remains completely uncontaminated.
Our products are made from natural, plant-based wholefoods and are naturally low in fructose. With CALM, the fermentation process reduces fructose as the bacteria metabolise the sugars and causes the foods to become much more digestible and tolerated.
Yes it can. The benefits of the ingredients are not altered by heating.
All products have a shelf life of 2 years if they remain unopened and CALM between 60 – 90 days once opened. Please refer to individual product labels.
All of our Florabiome by Chiza Westcarr products are proudly created in Australia.
For domestic orders, we use Fastway Couriers as they offer excellent service.
For PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Express Post (Domestic) and other areas not yet serviced by Fastway, we use Australia Post.
For international orders, we use DHL Express.
We aim to dispatch orders on the next working day after an order is received but ask you to allow 2 business days for some orders to be dispatched. Once dispatched, we will send an email with the tracking number for the parcel. Domestic orders (within Australia) may take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days, and up to 10 business days to arrive if you are located regionally.
International orders may take anywhere from 7-14 business days. The stated delivery time frames are not a guarantee, as the courier delivery is out of our control.
When your order has left the warehouse, we will send you a dispatch notification with the tracking information.

Yes, we ship all over the world.
Please add special delivery instructions at checkout if you would like to your parcel to be left at your door if no one is home to receive your parcel. This means that you accept the risk of goods being left at the premises without your signature. We will not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged deliveries resulting from your request to leave.
